Better Than Nothing I Suppose!

Lost 1.8lbs.
I did go to a party on Saturday and I had haggis on Sunday-but compared to what I have been eating it was nothing! Not fair.
I am doing well with or rather without the booze though. Had a few at the party, a glass of sherry and half a glass of wine yesterday.
Big loss next week I hope.

Here's the good news - and here's the bad

The good news is I lost 3lb last week.

I was pretty good and stayed within my WW points and even had 5 to spare at the end of the week . . . . and that was after remembering that there were Jaffa Cakes in Aimee's snack box, and having remembered them I just HAD to eat them - and there were quite a few. And, yes, I did point them at 1 point each!

The bad news is that after the 3lb weight loss I have dropped to a lower stone, and therefore my daily points allowance has dropped, down from 21 to 20. Oh well, must go out walking more I guess, if only the weather would buck up a bit.

Okay Girls. Let's Go!

I thought I could come off the fat drugs, but no.

I was imagining all the fat just falling off.

So!

Back to the counting and weighing .

AGAIN.

I started a week ago last Monday and weighed the same as I did in the early autumn. Which, suggestes this is my proper weight.

No no no no!

Have lost 4lbs at my weigh-in this Monday.
I have vowed to buy no new cloths until I have lost 3 stone!
A good start.

The Party's Over

OK, here we go again. Jumped on the scales again this morning and after the excesses of Christmas and getting back into bad eating habits, I have gained 7lbs since last checking my weight. Have been aware that clothes are getting tighter but ignoring it. So back on the regime again from now and let's see how it goes.
